Please review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the www.qarionline.site website (the “Service”), operated by Qari Online (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.

Trial Classes

Trial classes are completely free and come with no obligations. After the free trial, you may continue with our services or discontinue if they do not meet your needs.

Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a refund by emailing info@qarionline.site within seven (7) days of the first month. Refund requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours.

Payment Terms

• Payments are due immediately and will be charged at the start of every study month.
• If a payment fails, the student will receive a reminder. If the payment remains unpaid one week after the invoice date, the student’s classes will be suspended until payment is received.
• To avoid disruptions, students facing payment difficulties should contact info@qarionline.site to arrange an alternative solution.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing a two-week notice.

Public Holidays

Qari Online observes Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha, during which the academy will remain closed for three and five days, respectively. Missed classes during these holidays should be rescheduled.

Attendance Policy

Class Timeliness

• Students should join the classroom two minutes before the scheduled start time with the necessary materials.
• The teacher will begin the session promptly. If the student is absent, the class will be marked as an unexcused absence.
• If a student arrives late, the class will proceed until the scheduled end time.
• If the teacher is absent, contact the administration immediately. If a teacher misses a session without a substitute, a makeup class will be scheduled within one week at no additional cost.

Absences and Makeup Classes

• A four-hour notice is required to reschedule a class due to an excused absence.
• Makeup classes must be scheduled within four weeks of the missed class.
• Rescheduling requests should be made within two weeks of the missed class.
• No refunds are provided for missed classes.

Excused Absences Include:

• Illness
• Family emergencies
• Appointments
• Work or school conflicts
• National holidays
• Technical issues (internet, Zoom, computer malfunctions)

If the administration is notified at least four hours before the class, a makeup session can be arranged at no extra charge.

For sudden illness or emergencies, please contact us promptly.

Unexcused Absences

Absences that do not meet the excused absence criteria—including failing to provide notice within four hours—are considered unexcused. No refunds or makeup sessions will be provided.

Teacher Absences

If a teacher cancels a class, a makeup session will be arranged at no additional cost.

Makeup Lessons

• Makeup lessons must be scheduled within two weeks after the missed session.
• They must take place within four weeks of the absence.
• If a student fails to attend a makeup session, no additional makeup or refund will be provided.

Substitutes

In some cases, a substitute teacher may be assigned to cover a missed class. The substitute will follow the academy’s curriculum and guidelines. In certain situations, a permanent change in the teacher may be necessary.

Class Quality Assurance

To ensure the highest quality of education, some lessons may be recorded for administrative review. These recordings are securely stored on U.S.-based servers and are used solely for quality monitoring.

Students are not permitted to record lessons—audio or video—under any circumstances. This policy safeguards the privacy of teachers and students.
